3D Grammy Sewing Basket

Well, Hello again my sweet friends!
Today I would like to share with you an adorable Sewing kit basket. Isn't this just the cutest thing since apple pie! What a great gift for most any occasion or your special crafty friends. I absolutely love it!  And it was sooo easy to put together.

First you make the basket and then two little side boxes. You add the brads to the front and back and accent panel and some bows and decor and there you have it. The rest is in the decorations! You can choose red checkered and apples for a lunch basket or make it into a fishing box for that man in your life. There are endless possibilities for this great 3D box file.
Soooo cute!
Top view for the ribbon cards to sit on a pink layer of tissue paper.
 Side view with accent panel.
These little ribbon cards are cut out in cardboard and wrapped with different colored ribbons. Sooo sweet!

This is the tiny sewing card, also cut in cardboard for the top and bottom. Add a stamped sentiment and emboss if you like and top it off with a bow and ribbon.

This is the tiny card opened. Very cute!

You can get just the sewing basket or get the whole kit plus more from "My Time Made Easy" here

Camp Smore Vintage 3D Lantern

Hello my dear friends!
I made this really cute Vintage lantern from one of Mary kits called Camp Smore here

I really had fun cutting this svg file out on my eclips machine. This was a pretty simple project to make and most of all the added tea-light that makes it glow when it gets dark. Gotta love the super effect. Great way to save on electricity!! I'll be making more of these Lanterns to put around the house at night...lol
This is the back where you can put a battery tea light. You can't use a real candle because the lantern is made of paper :) The tea lights are perfect!
I added heart brass brads to hold the handles. You can choose most any colors for your lantern and it will look great. Most of all have fun!
I cut the moths out of velum and added a center from an old flower and inked the edges with Tim Holtz distressed inks.
 Another moth with brown gems.

I added green jeweled ribbon to the top and a brown button to the front of the Lantern.

This is the finished Lantern! I think it turned out simply grand and would make a great gift for anyone that loves camping or the great outdoors. Also to put around the house for a special effect at night.
That's it for today my friends!
Have a great week and keep an eye open for more exciting projects coming your way.

The Great BIG Pumpkin Cutout Card

Howdy My Friends!

This is a pumpkin that my mom made years ago. I just had to share him with you as I know he would bring a big smile to your face.
Isn't he the cutest!!! He's really large and bright!  My mom glued  two large orange poster boards together and then she cut it out and painted him. She was a great tole painter and loved making all kinds of  beautiful crafty things. I still have this large pumpkin and made one into a cutout card below. Great memories!

I scanned him and scaled him down into a svg file and created this card. I think he turned out darling!

Vintage Woody Station Wagon Card

 Hello everyone!
If you or your friends are car fans, then this is one you won't want to pass up.
How about a ride down memory lane? Yep, it's a Woody!
"Vintage Woody Station Wagon Card"
This is all cut out using my Sizzix eClips/eCal cutting machine. I Love my eClips!
Another of Mary's svg files that you can get here....

I inked with Tim Holtz distressed inks and for the letters I made a silhouette and then placed them on it.

The file didn't come with a surfboard, so I made my own and added brown twine.

I had some metal buttons that looked like tire rims and added a clear gem to the middle.

For the sentiment I used Tri-Chem Candy creations to the cutout words. The birthday cake is a sticker.
This is the finished car with the brown insert to place in the envelope that has  silver foil inside.
Lot's of fun going down memory lane! Gotta love that Woody!
Have a wonderful day and keep an eye out for more fun creations.

This is the picture of the first woody that I made. I used a skateboard instead of a surfboard.

Miss Baker's Class Apple Box

Happy Sunday!
I have a couple more apples to share with you.  Keep watching for more wonderful creations. Have a great day!

Hello my friends!
It's apple time again! I just finished picking my apples from my granny apple tree. They were small this year and that means extra work for me. Next year I will prune it and take a lot of blossoms off so I will have large apple and less work.. Soooo I put the apples in the fridge and now I'm relaxing while crafting.  I made this darling apple box. I used rose glitter paper and cut out a tag to match. Topped it with a few roses and bow. I made three heart buttons with the Epiphany tool in matching paper. I inked the stem with Tim Holtz inks.

You can get the apple file at Mary & Leo's svg site below
Buy the Miss Baker's Class svg kit and get the New Fall Harvest kit FREE.

Closeup of the lid with tag.
The heart button's look much darker in person and really add that special touch. I love my Epiphany tool! You can check out all the shape tools  here...http://epiphanycrafts.com/products/tools/
The inside of the box is pretty large for special gifts or cookies.
I will be posting a red check apple tomorrow.
That's it for today! I hope you have a great week and happy crafting.

Hello everyone!
Here's my red checkered apple with rhinestone galore. This would make such a cute teacher gift or just about anyone. Tomorrow I'll put up a Granny Apple box :)
Have a terrific day!
